Infinity Drain Expands Sales Leadership Structure

Infinity Drain, the leading manufacturer of luxury architectural drainage solutions, proudly announces the strategic expansion of its Sales team, led by Kerry Rudd, Vice President of Sales, to support its growth trajectory.

Infinity Drain Headquarters

Infinity Drain has hired Dean Camastro as Director of Commercial Sales (East) and transitioned Jurek Gudel as Technical Sales to the NY Sales team, joining Harry Ramoutar, Dealer Sales Manager (NY Metro). John Flaa is now Commercial Sales Director (West) with Mike Rizzuto, Technical Sales (West). Strengthened by these leadership appointments and an enhanced organizational framework, Infinity Drain is well positioned to build on its strong momentum across residential and commercial markets, and to be able to work closer with their Sales agency partners across North America.

“We are excited to welcome Dean, while recognizing the continued leadership of Harry, Mike, John, and Jurek” says Kerry Rudd, Infinity Drain’s Vice President of Sales. “We’ve been growing double-digits in a relatively flat market and plan to continue on that path. As we further enhance the client and customer experience and work toward achieving our strategic goals, the strength and dedication of our Sales leaders remain essential, and we look forward to the ongoing impact that this team will bring.”

Dean Camastro, Director of Commercial Sales (East)

Dean Camastro will serve as Commercial Sales Director for Infinity Drain’s Eastern region, leading business development across the Eastern United States and Canada, and the Caribbean. In this role, he will focus on identifying new project opportunities and driving product specification through the architectural, design, developer, and engineering communities while working with a network of eight Sales agency partners. With over 20 years of experience in the building and design industry, including roles with Duravit, Hansgrohe and Caesarstone, Camastro has a keen understanding of the market and will work to expand the brand’s presence in large-scale commercial projects, strengthen relationships with leading design firms and developers, and help position Infinity Drain as the go-to solution for architectural drainage solutions.

An active member of professional organizations for over 15 years, Camastro currently serves as President of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA – NY Metro) and the Interior Design Society (IDS – Long Island). He is also a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID – Long Island), the American Institute of Architects (AIA – Long Island), and the Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI).

Jurek Gudel, Technical Sales (NY Metro)

Jurek Gudel is Technical Sales for Infinity Drain’s New York Metro region, where he supports the commercial market by working closely with installers, contractors, and the architectural and design community to ensure Infinity Drain systems are properly installed and perform as intended, while also supporting specification efforts. With over 25 years of experience in waterproofing and construction, including eight years at Infinity Drain, Gudel aims to grow interest in the brand across the commercial market as architects, developers, and contractors seek high-performance, design-flexible drainage solutions, focusing on relationships, technical support, and regional growth.

Harry Ramoutar, Dealer Sales Manager (NY Metro)

Harry Ramoutar remains Dealer Sales Manager for Infinity Drain’s New York Metro region, where he supports the dealer network through showroom training, display programs, on-site solutions, and marketing and sales events. He is also involved with AIA-approved CEU presentations, helping increase brand awareness and drive product specification. With over a decade at Infinity Drain spanning manufacturing, operations, and logistics, Ramoutar brings a strong understanding of product development and field application. His goal is to strengthen dealer relationships, support showroom growth, and help industry professionals better understand the brand’s design flexibility and quality.

John Flaa, Commercial Sales Director (West)

John Flaa will serve as Commercial Sales Director for Infinity Drain’s Western region, leading business development across the Western United States and Canada, and the Middle East. In this role, he will focus on identifying new project opportunities and driving product specification through the architectural, design, developer, and engineering communities while working with a network of eight Sales agency partners. Flaa brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, including over 17 years in the industry, and holds an MBA in Marketing. Since joining Infinity Drain in 2019, he has helped drive strong commercial growth, achieving record sales and expanding the brand’s presence in key markets.

Mike Rizzuto – Technical Sales (West)

With 37 years of industry experience, Mike Rizzuto manages National Training and Technical Sales for the Western region, where he will support product training and specification, serve as an in-field subject matter expert, and further strengthen Infinity Drain’s position as the premier brand of choice within this market segment. With Infinity Drain since 2006, Rizzuto assumes this role with a proven track record, including experience as a plumber’s apprentice and as a senior buyer of retail decorative plumbing and hardware.
