The Loren, a 225,000 square feet mixed-use property is located at the bustling corner of Riverside Drive and Lamar Boulevard, enveloped in both parkland and unmatched views of Downtown Austin. The building is located within walking distance of the central business district, yet far enough away from the noise and congestion of downtown Austin.
Completed in 2022, the project features 108 luxury hotel rooms, 24 residences, 2 penthouses, an interior event space, a rooftop restaurant, and a pool across eight floors. The hotel and residence portions are bridged together horizontally and split with a walkway and an open-air passage.
To outfit the bathrooms in the hotel as well as the 24 residences, Rhode: Partners selected Infinity Drain’s Linear Drains to complement the contemporary aesthetic of each bathroom and ensure proper drainage throughout.
